Is this therapy?
No. It uses the same tools I use in therapy, but it doesn’t replace it. If you need more than a book, please get it.

Do I have to read it in order?
Yes. Each floor stands on the one below. Skip one and the next one wobbles.
Where are the worksheets?
At the end of each floor. Scan that floor’s QR code to download them to fill in, print, or read.
